At our production facility in Staig near Ulm, we develop and produce modular drying systems, which can be individually adapted to a wide variety of drying requirements. Our aim: maximum quality, utmost flexibility and sustainable cost-effectiveness for your production processes.

Our systems consist of a conveyor belt and the associated drying tunnels, intermediate tunnels, cooling tunnels, and exhaust air tunnels. Thanks to our modular design, all components can be precisely configured to your requirements and subsequently adapted, expanded, or optimized at any time.

As an experienced manufacturer, we produce Belt conveyors and conveyor belts, which are perfectly tailored to industrial requirements.
Our systems are characterized by a modular design, high precision and maximum reliability – ideal for all types of production and drying processes.

Our system – modular & flexible
We produce our conveyor belts in fixed widths: 30cm, 50cm, 70cm and 90cm.
The available standard lengths are: 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600cm.
For longer distances, the belts can be combined modularly – for example, a 12-meter conveyor belt can be created from two 600 cm long modules.

All conveyor belts are equipped as standard with a high-quality frequency-controlled drive equipped.
The speed is digitally freely and precisely adjustable – this allows you to optimally control your process.
